Today we meet Florian Brault, 30 years old and with over 10 years of experience in the family vineyard. In January 2022, Florian unofficially took over the management of the vineyard and the winemaking. Together with his brother Boris, who is responsible for the marketing of the estate's products, they are part of the 7th generation of winemakers in the family.

France is one of the countries with the longest history and culture of making wine, and the figures reflect the importance of this heritage. But for the last few decades, this vineyard has been in transition due to climate change, limitation of phytosanitary products, increase in the price of raw materials or the decline of the vine.
